University Settlement needs your help. Due to a “cookies and milk” mishap last year, Santa’s elves are on strike and refuse to bring University Settlement any toys for our kids in the neighborhood. Help us make sure we can serve every University Settlement family!
Donate Toys
We host a Holiday Event where parents in the area are able to come and pick out toys for each child. Our holiday volunteers assist parents in shopping for the perfect gifts and even wrap them at the end. We believe it is important for the parents to be the one to give the gifts to their child instead of us giving it to them. We don’t want to take away that special moment for a parent. The more new toys we receive, the more gifts per child the parents receive. We also give away things like blankets, hats and scarves, and extra groceries. Here are some ways you can ensure children get plenty of gifts:
Go shopping and drop off the new toys! We will make sure they get to the perfect child.
Click on our Amazon Wishlist (right) to see what toys we recommend. They will even get shipped right to our door!
Donate money to be used to purchase additional toys.
Get your company/group to host a Toy Drive! We can assist in any way you need us to.
