Director of Family and Community Programs

The Director of Family and Community Programs will lead the strategic planning, development, and execution of Youth, Community-Based Services, and Adult Wellness Programs. The role focuses on designing and implementing programs that enhance community connections, support family well-being, and foster inclusive environments. The Director will manage an interdisciplinary team, collaborative with internal and external partners, and ensure programs align with the organization’s mission and objectives.

Director of Operations and IT

The Director of Operations is an integral member of the Senior Leadership Team. They are strategic and hands-on leader responsible for overseeing the efficient and effective day-to-day operations of University Settlement. This role involves directly managing the Hunger Center operation team, Community Learning Center and janitorial services. The DOO is also responsible for identifying and coordinating building contractors and partners, implementing operational policies, and driving continuous improvement to ensure optimal performance and building safety.
