WRAP AROUND SPECIALIST (Parma)

The Wraparound Specialist provides case management and related services to families who are referred by the Department of Children and Family Services, Collaborative members, and other community referral sources. The Wraparound Specialist works closely with the Systems of Care (SOC) Manager to ensure the success of the program.

Director of Family and Community Programs

The Director of Family and Community Programs will lead the strategic planning, development, and execution of Youth, Community-Based Services, and Adult Wellness Programs. The role focuses on designing and implementing programs that enhance community connections, support family well-being, and foster inclusive environments. The Director will manage an interdisciplinary team, collaborative with internal and external partners, and ensure programs align with the organization’s mission and objectives.

Community Resource Manager

The Community Resource Manager is responsible for the day-to-day operations of the agency’s Hunger Center, one of the largest in Cuyahoga County, as well as overseeing other food service initiatives offered to the community. Additionally, the manager provides support to all agency volunteers.
