Wraparound/Visitation Specialist: The Community-Based Wraparound/Visitation Specialist provides comprehensive support to families by overseeing and monitoring family visits, delivering trauma-informed care, and facilitating positive family dynamics. This role requires a compassionate professional with expertise in case management, parent coaching, and the ability to deliver effective parenting classes. The specialist will work directly with families in their homes and community settings to enhance familial relationships and ensure a safe, supportive environment for children and caregivers.

Family Support Specialist: The Family Support Specialist provides case management to families exiting homeless shelters in Cuyahoga County’s Continuum of Care. The Family Support Specialist assists families in overcoming barriers to long-term housing stability. This role requires a compassionate professional with expertise in building collaborative relationships and delivering effective case management. The Specialist will work directly with families and individuals on-site, in their homes, and community settings.

Fatherhood & Rise Coordinator II: The Fatherhood & Rise Coordinator II provides case management, outreach, and educational engagement to encourage fathers to participate actively in their children’s lives, especially during school-based activities. Additionally, the Coordinator will support re-entering individuals by linking them to services that reduce barriers and prevent recidivism. The ideal candidate is a relationship builder with experience supporting families and individuals impacted by the justice system, possessing strong organizational skills and a commitment to equitable service delivery.
